Contact form data: name, company, email, phone, country and message.

Browsing data: IP address (anonymized where required), pages visited, session duration, device and browser.

Cookie data: detailed in Section 5.

We do not collect special category data (health, racial origin, political ideology, etc.).

Handling your inquiry or demo request — Basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.

Sending commercial communications — Basis: explicit consent given by checking the form checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Web analytics to improve the site — Basis: consent (Analytics category in the cookie banner).

Digital marketing and retargeting — Basis: consent (Marketing category in the cookie banner).

We share data only with service providers acting as data processors under contract, including:

• Email and CRM services for lead management.

• Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) — US-based, covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) — covered by SCCs.

• LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (LinkedIn Insight Tag) — covered by SCCs.

• Session recording tools (e.g. Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) — only if you enable the Analytics category.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.

NECESSARY COOKIES — Always active. No consent required.

· tcg_cookie_consent: stores your cookie preferences (duration: 12 months).

· Next.js server session cookies (duration: session).

ANALYTICS COOKIES — Active only if you accept the Analytics category.

· _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4): traffic and behavior measurement (up to 2 years).

· _hjSessionUser_*, _hjSession_* (Hotjar): heatmaps and recordings (up to 1 year).

MARKETING COOKIES — Active only if you accept the Marketing category.

· _fbp, _fbc (Meta Pixel): retargeting and campaign measurement (up to 3 months).

· li_fat_id, AnalyticsSyncHistory (LinkedIn Insight Tag): B2B retargeting (up to 30 days).

· Google Ads cookies (_gcl_au): conversions (90 days).

Some providers listed (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) are based in the US or EU. Transfers are made with appropriate safeguards: EU Commission Adequacy Decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under the GDPR.

Contact form data: up to 2 years from last contact or until deletion is requested.

Anonymized analytics data: up to 26 months (standard GA4 configuration).

Cookie preferences: 12 months, renewable.

You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.

GDPR (EU/EEA users): all of the above plus the right not to be subject to solely automated decision-making.

LGPD (Brazil): confirmation of processing, correction, deletion, anonymization or blocking, portability, revocation of consent.

LFPDPPP (Mexico): ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition).

This site is intended exclusively for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us for immediate deletion.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The «Last updated» date at the top indicates when the last change was made.
